There’s much more than fishing to do in Islamorada. Nature lovers can explore the shores and mangroves by kayak or paddleboard. With a bicycle path that runs the length of the island on the bayside and an ‘old road’ that runs on the ocean side, you can visit shops and restaurants in either direction or cruise the historic neighborhoods of ‘downtown’ nearby the Labor Day Hurricane Monument.
